Food Forests

I've just received the new Establishing a Food Forest DVD from the Permaculture Way series.
One word Excellent!

Included is:

Although the plants used and gardens shown were mainly sub/tropical the basics of design are explained in such a way to allow substitute plantings in other areas.

The Extra Feature with the 2,000 year old Food Forest in Morocco was incredible.

This DVD goes on my shelf (after a few more viewings) next to the Harvesting Water The Permaculture Way that I bought earlier this year.
